As I have been working in the private security sector for over 25 years as an Area Vice President, I feel threatened by many things at workplace. Over the next five years, I feel that the topmost threat would be any other organizational member replacing me in my position or getting promoted in my position and I can also get demoted by means of interchange of positions with an organizational member in an inferior position with better efficiency than me.
